The Schneider Potato Polisher has a unique design and is protected by a patent. It is designed completely as a flat-bed polisher. Polishing intensity is infinitely variable by means of the brush height and speed adjustment. This allows minimal polishing intensities to be set so that sensitive produce can also be polished. Moreover, the machine is not only extremely wear-resistant due to its design but also minimizes water consumption by means of the process water recycling system.

Our polisher is perfectly suitable for polishing of potatoes, however, it is not intended for polishing of carrots. Therefore, along with our potato polisher we also plan the integration of polishers by other manufacturers into your overall system. Some polishers by other manufacturers can also be purchased from us.
